Vesa has over 30 years of experience in project and technical management. Before co-founding Aldon Capital, he served as Technical Director at Trevian Asset Management for 7.5 years.

Throughout his career, Vesa has successfully led demanding tenant improvement, capital expenditure, development, and large-scale energy efficiency projects, with values exceeding €150 million. Additionally, he has provided advisory services on numerous real estate transactions totaling over €500 million.

At Trevian, Vesa played a key role in establishing and leading both the internal technical department and the external service network for project and technical property management. He is particularly passionate about optimizing operational expenses (Opex) and possesses in-depth knowledge of current ESG trends and requirements in the real estate industry.

His extensive experience includes managing real estate portfolios for both Finnish and international clients, such as Blackrock, Carlyle, Mandatum, Nordika, OP Pohjola, Schroders and Tristan Capital Partners. Vesa has worked across multiple countries, including Germany, Sweden, Austria, and the United States, for renowned companies like Newsec and Nokia.

Vesa holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a certified Real Estate Director and Project Manager.
