Stefan has a strong background in the Nordic real estate market with more than 15 years experience in both real estate investments and debt financing for real estate transactions.

Prior to co-founding Aldon Capital, Stefan acted as Nordic Head for Cushman & Wakefield’s debt advisory operations working together with both local investors and international investors active in the Nordic markets.

Stefan was also a founding Partner of both Trevian Asset Management and Trevian Funds AIFM. As Chief Investment Officer he was responsible for new investments and acquisition processes as well as structuring and debt financing for various international and local real estate investors. Stefan has been involved in the structuring and establishment of various investment funds, limited partnerships, JV-investment clubs and asset management assignments for various reputable investors such as Blackrock, Tristan Capital, Partners Group and Mandatum Life. 

Stefan has a MSc. Economics from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.
