Nea has 8 years of experience working in the real estate industry from both the public and private sector. 

Prior to Aldon, Nea was working more than 4 years at Trevian Asset Management where she held several positions in the Investment Management team. She was responsible for analysing and creating investment calculations for new transactions, acting primarily as the buy-side advisor in real estate transactions as well as collecting market data for internal and external purposes. She was leading the introduction of new softwares for internal use to improve the market data collection and automate cash flow modeling and portfolio management. At Trevian, Nea took part in several transactions with international real estate investors, such as Partners Group, Tristan Capital Partners and AXA. 

Before Trevian, Nea worked in Cromwell Property Group as an analyst. She was responsible for handovers and monthly reporting of two portfolios, analysing the impact of new leases, drafting the lease agreements as well as analysing new, potential real estate investments. During her time in Cromwell, Nea completed her Master’s Thesis for the company. 

During her studies, Nea worked in the municipality's land use team as a temporary project worker over a period of three years.

Nea holds a MSc. (Tech.) in Real Estate Economics from Aalto University.
